Biomass Solution

The biogas solution is modular, allowing adaptation to individual management needs optimal for users' operations. This includes the optimization and automation of processes related to transportation, weighbridge operations, wheel loader weights, laboratory samples, recipes, fertilizer accounting, reporting to suppliers/buyers, and authorities.

The biogas solution tracks delivered biomass from tankers and solid biomasses (such as deep litter and silage etc.), identifies suppliers and origins, and manages stock for incoming logistics, raw depots, and reactor depots. The analysis module monitors dry matter values, among other metrics. Stock management involves entering batch quantities, values, and age to ensure optimal plant feeding. Wheel loader receipts, loaded onto a tablet, facilitate the automatic registration of correct feeding and stock movements. Transfers between depots are registered with updated stock status online.

The integrated RedCert/ISCC module ensures that necessary data is registered only once and is collected in reports for certification purposes.

All registered data from tablets, weighbridges, laboratory samples, wheel loader weights, warehouses/depots, and the Supplier Portal are consolidated in the Business Central 365 database. This data forms the basis for statistics, documentation, settlement, and reporting to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, The Waste Register, and the Danish Agency for Agriculture.
